For areas outside Athens:

- Shipping with cooperating transport agencies of FOKAS ADVERTISING & BUSINESS SA.
Shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of the order.
They concern the transfer to the office / warehouse of the transport agency in your prefecture.
For remote areas the nearest transport agency may be located in the center of your county.
- Shipping with a transport agency of your choice.
For orders up to 60 euros, delivery to the transport agency (in Athens) is charged 5 € + VAT.
For orders over 60 euros, delivery to the transport agency is free. The transfer fee is borne exclusively by the recipient.
- Shipping by Courier.

In case your area is not covered by the courier network of the General Post Office then you will need to pick up from the nearest post office.

- Warranty
All products sold by our store are in excellent condition and ready for final use. In case of a defective product, however, the replacement must be done immediately, within 15 days of receipt of the product, after consultation between our company and the customer. Shipping costs to and from our headquarters are borne by the customer.
